Human Rights and Migration

Human rights are a cross point and a guiding value set in all areas of CSD’s work, and particularly in the justice and security domains. Promotion of a human rights-based approach and building the standards of international rights protection mechanisms into the very core of institutions’ work is an essential part of CSD’s role as pioneer of democratic reforms, contributing also for introduction and strengthening of national human rights protection mechanisms.
