This is the object of the international conference on security in Southeast Europe that will be held September 5-6, Boyko Noev, ex defence minister and head of the European programme at the Centre for the Study of Democracy, explained. Guests to the forum will be NATO secretary general George Robertson, Stability Pact coordinator Erhard Busek, the defence ministers of Romania and Macedonia.
