Biography
Tsvetomir Nikolov is an Analyst for the Energy and Climate Program of the Center for the Study of Democracy. He is involved in various energy transition projects and analyses the circumvention of European sanctions against the Russian Federation through energy and commodity analysis.
Before joining CSD, Tsvetomir gained experience at the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy as an intern involved in legislative work on market liberalisation and implementation of Directive (EU)2018/2001 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources. For the last eight years, he has been involved in a number of public and educational activities.
