Biography

Sara Gálvez is an analyst at the Center for the Study of Democracy. With a background in international development and public policy evaluation, she has led multi-stakeholder projects and conducted in-depth research on public policy and the institutional capacity of the public sector. Sara has worked across both government and NGO sectors on projects related to business innovation, territorial development, and public policy adaptation.

Previously, she contributed to the Ministry of Economy and Sea of Portugal's NextGenerationEU Strategy and worked with cross-functional teams to deliver research insights and recommendations for territorial and social development. She also conducted research on fiscal sustainability for the Foundation for the Development of the Caribbean and led public policy initiatives for early childhood care in Barranquilla. Sara specializes in policy analysis and delivering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
