Biography
Liliya Dragoeva is engaged in projects related to migration and trafficking in human beings, social inclusion of vulnerable groups and human rights carried out by the Sociological Program of the Center for the Study of Democracy. Her interests include migration, integration, education, citizenship and gender studies. Liliya has experience in project development and project management. She has been a long-term volunteer and activist in a number of youth organizations and NGOs working in the field of non-formal education and youth policies, as well as LGBTI rights. Since the fall of 2018 Liliya is a Regional Director and Board Member of InterPride – the international organization that ties Pride together globally.
Liliya has M.A. in Sociology from UNSS and two B.A. degrees in Indian Studies and Political Science (specialization in European Integration) from Sofia University.
