Biography
Kostantsa is a Senior Energy and Climate Analyst at the Center for the Study of Democracy, focusing on the politics and economics of energy transition, energy security, and international energy markets, as well as European energy, climate, and just transition policies.
Before joining the Center for the Study of Democracy, Kostantsa was directing research activities at JBC Energy in Vienna, an independent consultancy, where she focused on international energy markets and geopolitics, providing advisory and data-driven insights to leading international energy companies, financial institutions, and international organisations.
Prior to that she gained professional experience within leading energy companies working on modelling the cost of different energy storage technologies as an intern at the corporate strategy department of Orano in Paris, as well as helping manage international research and development projects in the field of renewable energy technologies at EDF R&D in Paris.
