Biography 

Boryana Velcheva has more than 5 years of experience with policy analysis coupled with expertise in market research and project coordination. She has taken both analytical and project management positions in the corporate sector as well as in the area of think-tank policy research. At CSD Boryana focuses on policy analysis and project coordination on foreign influence and disinformation in the CEE region. Boryana has participated in the development of a number of national and EU policy related documents. Boryana has a detailed understanding of the Bulgarian information environment and media landscape, as well as significant experience in monitoring the media environment and analysing disinformation efforts in the local and EU context.
