On October 31, 2023, the "Cyber Threats and Solutions: Protecting the Digital Environment in Europe" international conference, hosted by the Center for the Study of Democracy in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, brought together a distinguished gathering of global experts, political leaders, and cybersecurity authorities.
