In September this year Coalition 2000 published a brochure entitled Local Anti-Corruption Initiatives, which summarizes the results from the first stage of its Small Grant project. The brochure makes a review of the most innovative and efficient anti-corruption initiatives and practices at the local level and proposes new tools for the fight against corruption in local government.
The Local Anti-Corruption Initiative brochure consists of two main sections. The first section contains analyses of the anti-corruption initiatives undertaken by the local partners of Coalition 2000. The second section describes best practices in the fight against corruption as well as the results from sociological surveys of corruption in local government conducted by the Coalition 2000 local partners.
