What You'll Do:
As a Communications Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to amplify our strategic communications. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting our Communications & Media Team in the daily operations of developing compelling content;
- Assisting with media relations and engaging in high-profile public policy events;
- Enhancing our online presence through website and social media management.
- Creating engaging audio-video content for cross-platform use;
- Supporting internal communications to ensure smooth information flow within our team and the organisation.
What You Bring:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in public relations, media, journalism, political science or a related field;
- Language: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (Bulgarian is a plus);
- Digital: Strong writing and editing ability, attention to detail, and an interest in digital tools and platforms;. Basic familiarity with social media management tools, graphic design, or video editing (e.g., Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar) is considered an advantage;
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced policy environment.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Hours: Dedicate 20 to 40 hours on-site per week, with the flexibility to accommodate your academic schedule.
- Learning by Doing: Gain insight into the daily work of a communications team in a top-tier policy institute;
- Minimum Duration: 3 months, to ensure a meaningful learning experience;
- Work-from-home: This on-site position provides you with direct on-site access to our resources and team, combined with the flexibility of working from home two out of five days in the week.
- Potential for Remuneration: While the internship is unpaid, specific tasks may involve remuneration.
